Our office is located at 788 N. Jefferson St., between Wells and Mason streets. The building, shared by Madison Medical Affiliates, is located on the east side of Jefferson, across Wells from Cathedral Square Park in downtown Milwaukee.

Parking
Street metered parking is available throughout the area, free after 6 p.m. A public parking garage (hourly rate) is available at 770 E. Jefferson; enter at the corner of Mason and Jefferson streets (north side of Mason, next to Subway).
We validate for the parking structure on Mason St. for volunteers and families coming to our office for an interview or orientation. If you would like your parking validated you must park in this parking structure, located between Jefferson and Jackson:
